Dear Editor, we recently read with interest the article by Saludares et al., “A Phase 1 Randomized Trial of Topical Insulin for Glaucoma”, which was published in Ophthalmology Science.1 The team’s research may represent a new step toward developing intraocular pressure (IOP) independent treatments for glaucoma.
