In this case, we have a patient with pseudophakia who underwent successful Descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty for Fuchs’ dystrophy. Unfortunately, the patient developed hyperopic astigmatism following corneal surgery. He is now interested in refractive surgery to improve his uncorrected vision. He is expecting LASIK, but this might not be the best option.
